Brave Enough to Burn

Feel like crap. My hip apparently decided that my knee needed company, and now the arthritis is flaring in both. Which meant I didn't sleep for anything, because I couldn't get comfortable.

It also means I hurt too much to do the housework I had planned for today.

And I have a sinus headache,
