Brave Enough to Burn

So, today is the day I was unleashed upon an unsuspecting world. I have today off. In fact, I have the next four days off. What will I be doing? Attempting to return order to the thing that is my craft room/office. I swear, I think the dust bunnies have grown sentient. Since I have "the grand plans" of attempting to sell some of my crafty creations, I need to not only find out what I actually have, but get it organized in such a manner that I can lay my hands on it as needed.

eclectic_spirit is taking me to dinner tonight. Lynson has promised me a cake as soon as I tell him what kind. (I'm leaning toward baklava cheesecake), and the gals at work had a mini-party for me yesterday, with, you guessed it cake. Marble cake with buttercream frosting. Yum. Also, my mother-in-law stopped by and gave me a birthday card and a small gift, reiterating that she was keeping me regardless of the separation.

I'll probably sign on AIM here shortly, and if anyone needs me they can ping with a message and I'll get back ASAP. I just don't plan on being at my computer the whole day.

Oooo, and I bought myself a prezzie the other day. The Myst Trilogy all boxed up nicely and re-formated for XP. I've never had my own copies and I've wanted them for awhile. So if I disappear, it's because I'm stuck in a book. Literally. :) Of course, now they have a fourth game out. More torture. What I want to get my hands on is 7th Guest and 11th hour in an upgraded format. I have the original disks. But...attempting to run them on a modern OS? Not so successful.
