Very short Ebay Rant.... again

Why is it people think OMFG I HAVEN't GOTTEN MY PACKAGE AND I PAID YOU 5 DAYS AGO AND PAYPAL SAYD YOU SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY!!! IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE TWO DAYS TO GET HERE!
Ebay started putting "ship time" estimates on the auction pages. Now I gree that Frist Class often takes only 2-5 days- but it can take as much as TWO WEEKS! People just don't get this. I say in the auctions that I will mail your items within 48 hours of payment. In the winner letter, it says that as well, and includes that if you pay on the weekend, it ships on Mon. For the most part, I stick to this, give or take a day. I print the label the day after, then package and ship the next day.
But people (esp newbies) are starting to e-mail me at less than 4 shipping days after the shipping notification going "where's my stuff?" I mean, get a grip people! The Postal Service is a space/time dimension unto itself, arbitrarily speeding up and slowing down time. It can take TWO WEEKS for me to mail someting across town, but someone in Maine gets their stuff in TWO DAYS? WTF?
*headdesk*
It's not even 10am and I need a drink...
