Interesting choices. I'm right there with you on Daniel Jackson (based on the little SG I've seen)

I hated Snape from the get-go and he never did redeem himself in my eyes. (the carrying a torch all his life for Lily just made it worse, made him an immature stalker who would not grow up) He was every abusive teacher who marked tests unfairly, handed out punishments on personal prejudices and generally hated his students.

I had a few of those.
