I'm going to add my two cents worth on attire. I work in Radiology at a hospital and we wear what basically amount to very thin Pjs everyday to work.
That said if you come for your interview in anything but dress casual you can forget getting hired! The one exception being i you can prove that you came straight from work with no time to change...and I do mean no time. I heard my supervisor tell an applicant well from what your telling me you got here 7 minutes early...why didn't you bring clothes to change into?
